Based in Cheshire, DTS was founded in January 2014. The company was established with the objective of providing UK Pension Funds & high net worth PLCs with short term solutions whilst assisting Landlords, Agents and Asset Managers to reduce their costs.

With extensive business and property experience, the founding directors rapidly identified clients who could benefit from our solutions, and with our first national account secured in June 2014, by 2015 DTS had broken the £1m turnover barrier. This has grown steadily to over £*m in 2019, and we now service over 150 clients at any one time.
